*Tickets to the Thriving Pink Gala are non-refundable. If your plans change, we can make your ticket cost a donation to Thriving Pink, or you can transfer your tickets to another individual of your choosing. In both cases, please email leslie.hunter@thrivingpink.org so we can ensure our guest list and records are up to date.

Q: What is the dress code for the evening?
A: Please dress in whatever you feel comfortable in! People typically come in semi-formal or business casual. See photos below for previous gala outfits.
Q: Is the location indoors or outdoors?
A: The event is indoors.
Q: Where should I park?
A: There is a parking lot a short walk from the venue. Volunteers will direct parking. There will also be a drop off location adjacent to the venue.
Q: What does the program include?
A: The program focuses on the recognition of our grant recipients and all those impacted by breast cancer. We will also be celebrating Thriving Pink’s accomplishments.
Q: What food will be served?
A: The food will be served buffet style with a variety of items, including gluten-free and vegetarian options.
Q: What is the Covid-19 policy of the event?
A: Thriving Pink complies with the California Department of Public Health Covid-19 guidelines. Keep in mind this is an indoor dining event.
Q: If one of my guests is unable to attend, can I invite someone else last minute?
A: Yes, please email the name change to leslie.hunter@thrivingpink.org.
Q: Will I receive my tickets in the mail?
A: We do not issue tickets. Simply check in upon arrival and provide the name(s) you listed when registering. Prior to the event, you should receive email communication with additional information.
Q: Can I purchase a table/seats without knowing the names of my guests?
A: Yes, once you know the names of your guests, please email them to leslie.hunter@thrivingpink.org by April 19th.
